Happy New Year 2012!

Happy New Year to you all!

This is a year full of surprises and many new and wonderful changes

Starting with a few new Design Team members.....

The team just grew in December with the Seasonal Team being added to the full time team.

But, I am still looking for a few more team members.

There is so much to come for 2012. We have several coordinators so our organization will be stellar in 2012.
We will be having several swap groups and monthly/weekly challenges... and SO much more. Starting with new themes each day and each week. We are really going to WOW you this year.

A spot on this design team could be a great opportunity for people to see your projects each week. This term is January to the end of July.

As a part of the team, you will need to make one post a week on your blog in correlation with my blog. You will also need to participate in our 100 Cricut cartridge blog hop the first full weekend of each month. You will get a blinkie for your blog as pictured above and your blinkie (if you have one) will go on my blog here. The group of ladies are so great, talented and helpful.

I am looking for a few beginners, a few intermediate and a few highly talented people. The main thing that I am looking for is for you to show your work and give a detailed description so anyone can replicate your project no matter how simple or advanced your project is.

The general rules of my blog and facebook are to share in a positive way. We promote the use of Cricut cartridges and no SVG images. I also like you to use actual stamps and not digi stamps. I am on Getting Cricky's design team, so I urge the use of actual stamps.

To apply please email me EricaCraftRoom@aol.com

Please put the subject DESIGN TEAM CALL if you do not put that as the subject I will probably miss it.

Please include:

1. Your name
2. What country and time zone you live in
3. Blog address (you have to have a blog, feel free to create one)
4. A link to your favorite project you have made
5. Your project must use cricut cartridges.
6. Also list any other design teams if you are on one.
7. Then tell me why you would love to me on my design team!

Best of luck!

Submission deadline is Saturday, January 7, 2012 11:59pm EST
New team members will be announced
Tuesday January 10, 2012
No late applications can be accepted.

Please make sure to add my new facebook name.....

-----------Erica Craft Room-----------

Also look under PAGES for Erica's Craft Room and LIKE me there to see contests and what is on sale in the store. they will be posted there.

To start off the new year.... we are expanding My IMAGINE-ation Monday to include the E2, the Mini, CCR exclusive cartridges (Cricut Craft Room Digital Cartridges)
Also each Monday we will go through the alphabet..... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????
Well it is my challenge to the Design Team, each Monday we will use a letter in the alphabet. Today's letter is A, so today they could either use a cartridge hat starts with the letter A, or a feature that starts with the letter A, or the object that starts with the letter A, for Example.... A Child's Year, Apple....etc
Another change for 2012..... These ladies work SO hard on these project and people rarely visit their blog, so we have voted and they picked for you to only see a sneak peek on my blog and go to their blog to see the entire project.... Please comment here and there so they feel as though people are looking at and appreciating what they have made. It is a great motivation for them to keep sharing their creations with you. So you will now only see Sneak Peeks at their projects... So we will see how it goes. The last new change this year is that the Design Team will only post M-F on the weekends there will be a blog hop. Either a hop I am posting OR I am participating in a fellow blogger's hop. I will also be teaching a technique once a week and a crafted project. I also finally figured out how to allow you to view my screen so I can show you stuff in Cricut CraftRoom.... Yippie. Fun stuff to come. On January 24, 2012 I will be opening my retail store..... so between now and then I will not be crafting daily, but I will be teaching you somehing every Wednesday night, then after that I will craft almost daily and post my projects to show you!

On to today's projects.....
