Would You Ever Guess Wednesday September 26, 2012 – National Shamu the Whale Day

It is National Shamu day! So we thought we would have a little fun with it. Also note we have turned pink early to honor Cancer Awareness Month.
As you know we have turned pink early for Cancer awareness month
(so you have time to create inspiring cards or anything you would like)
Every project from now until mid-October will have some pink in it.

I found this great cause... Even if you only $1 to donate.... it adds up.
I just donated $1 on its own so I know it will take it.

  • Cleaning For A Reason is a nonprofit organization partnering with maid services to offer free professional house cleanings to improve the lives of women undergoing cancer treatment

Here is the handbook for Suburbia

The are each $34.99 in my store or both for $65
www.shop.ericascraftroom.com

Tomorrow you will see some of the projects I have been working on with these two cartridges.

Here is my cute little card. I used Create A Critter 2 I cut the Koala Bear at 3", I usually make my Characters 4" but that was BIG. So 3" worked better.
The words were cut at 2 1/2"
I used Basic Grey Paper.

I like to ink the edges while it is still on the cutting mat (less messy)

This phrase did not have ashadow, so I cut 3 of them in 3 different colors and moved each one slightly up and to the right. Giving it the illusion of having a shadow. How many times have you ended up with funky letters when trying to increase the size. This is the solution!
