I made this using my Artist Cricut cartridge. I cut the pop-box at 4.5" from page 36,
and then the stars at 3" from page 56.

Erica, this is absolutely adorable. I now have to really start saving to get this wonderful cartridge...it amazes me each and every time I see a new project created. Love the glittery red medallion on top...adds the perfect touch!
